Our method

When we receive your injectors, we check that the package is correct and that it contains the items indicated in the delivery instructions. We note any faults or signs of deterioration that can be seen with the naked eye in order to proceed with the checks.
2 Let's carry out the tests!
We start testing! Our technicians will subject the injectors to the appropriate tests, depending on the condition and order. The tests range from capacity tests where we check the amount of fuel they inject, leak tests to make sure they are not leaking from any areas to spray and fan tests to ensure a uniform air and fuel mixture.
At the end of the tests we proceed with the extra options if selected. Filter replacement, extra checks at different temperatures, etc.
3 Ultrasonic cleaning
Once all the injectors have been checked, we proceed to clean each unit with ultrasound, one of the most effective and least aggressive methods for the injectors. In this way we manage to remove any impurities or residue that may be causing an increase in consumption or lack of power.
We finish the test and the cleaning. We fill in the diagnostic report with the results and it is returned to the customer together with the injectors.
