Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using our website.

  • Order Processing: We process orders within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods depending on the region. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and method selected.
  • Shipping Tracking: We provide tracking information so you can track your package at all times from your profile.
  • Shipping Address: Please be sure to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns

We use cookies on our website to improve your user experience. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser and allows us to recognise you when you return to our site.

  • Return Policy:

    Any return request must be approved by our technicians.

    Only products purchased that have not been tampered with or had the warranty seal removed will be accepted for return.

    If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made in our own online shop. The maximum time limit for requesting a refund is 2 working days from receipt of the order. The injector testing service is exempt from this condition, and it is not possible to request a refund once the service has been carried out.

    The circumstances that may cause a refund are as follows:

    a) Defective product of origin: Once we receive the defective product back, we will send you another one. In this case the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, and we will pay for the return and new shipment costs. If you wish to exchange for another article, the return and reshipment costs will be charged to the purchaser.

    b) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one in the order: we will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the one in the order placed.

    c) The customer no longer wants the shipment: the specific conditions are specified in the section ‘Refund’.

    The following conditions must also be met:

    a) The products must retain their original seal of origin intact.

    b) The item to be returned must be correctly packaged for its return.

    c) We will not accept returns of items that have been ordered ex-profeso as well as all types of personalised products.

  • Refund:

    Any refund or reshipment of products will not be effective until receipt and verification by us of the condition of the products to be returned. Each refund will be approved on an individual basis after these checks have been carried out.

    In the case of items from the shop, the amount to be refunded will be the amount of the order, except for postage and a surcharge of €5 for handling, restocking and packaging.

    In the case of reimbursement of the injector service, this can only be done if the service has not been provided. There are two possible scenarios:

    In the event that the injectors have not been received, the customer will be responsible for any transport management costs in the event that a double shipment has been requested. The shipping costs from the customer to the company will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, as the shipping label is automatically generated at the time of the order.

    In the event that the injectors have been received but the testing service has not been started, the customer shall be responsible for the total cost of transport, as well as a surcharge of €5 for handling, restocking and packaging.

  • Service details:

    All injectors must be fitted with the original seals / O-rings, even if they are in poor condition. Our service includes the replacement of these seals with new ones, except in cases where this is not possible. If this is the case, we will contact the sender to discuss the possible solutions to be offered.

    The injector check service includes the replacement of seals and filters. Some types of injectors in particular do not have a replaceable filter, so only the seals will be replaced. These particularities are already included in the prices offered for each service. In the case of filters, depending on the type of injector, it may or may not be possible to choose the metal filter option.

    The service includes the initial check, cleaning and replacement of filters and gaskets and the subsequent check of the assembly. In the event that any of the injectors maintain a negative result after the check, the price will remain the same. The customer will receive a report together with the injectors, specifying the condition and usability of each of them.

    Likewise, any anomaly in the injectors that implies a defect in the injector will be notified, even if it does not imply a malfunction of the injector.

Exceptions

  • Customised products: We do not accept returns of personalised products, unless they are faulty or damaged.
